Return and Refund Policy

At FansCo, we stand behind the quality of our industrial fans and thermal solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, complete with all included accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@fansco.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that returns sent without a prior RMA will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product due to our error, FansCo will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse / Ordering Errors: If you ordered the wrong specifications or simply changed your mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns that meet our conditions. However, if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be applied based on the extent of the depreciation.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same model, please email us at sales@fansco.com for assistance.
