At FansCo, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for your cooling fans and thermal solutions. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our processing and delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We partner with reliable global carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and standard postal services) to ensure safe delivery. Estimated transit times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7 to 15 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 3 to 7 business days.

Note: Transit times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase. These costs are determined based on:

  • The total weight and dimensions of the products in your order.
  • The selected shipping method (Standard vs. Express).
  • The specific destination address and region.

4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. FansCo is not responsible for these charges. All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your delivery status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking indicates it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team at sales@fansco.com within 48 hours. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed for claim investigations with the carrier.
