Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it
  • Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and some personal care products

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media
  • Products not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts, not caused by us
  • Returns received after the 30-day return window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to post the refund
  • Contact your bank for any processing delays
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, please email us at sales@fansco.com for assistance

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular prices are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at sales@fansco.com with your order details. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value once received. If the gift was not marked during purchase or was shipped to the giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
