FFB0412VHN-BF00 is a DC brushless axial flow fan manufactured by Delta Electronics, featuring a two-phase four-pole motor design. With a rated voltage of 12VDC and an operation voltage range of 4.5-13.2VDC, it starts at ≤4.0VDC under 25°C ambient temperature. The fan draws 0.16A (max. 0.24A) current, consuming 1.92W (max. 2.88W) power, running at 9500±8% RPM. It delivers a maximum air flow of 0.447m³/min (15.79CFM) at zero static pressure and a maximum static pressure of 12.94mmH2O (0.509inH2O) at zero air flow, with an average noise level of 45dB(A) (max. 49dB).

Constructed with UL94V-0 plastic frame and impeller, the fan adopts a two-ball bearing system, measuring 40×40×28mm and weighing 32g. It ensures a 70,000-hour continuous operation life at 40°C, operating within 10-70°C and storing at -40-75°C. Equipped with locked rotor protection (motor winding impedance prevents burnout within 96 hours of locked rotor at rated voltage) and reverse polarity protection, it uses UL1007-F AWG24 leads (red for +, black for -, blue for FG signal). The FG signal outputs in open collector mode (VFG≤13.2V, IC≤5mA) with automatic self-rotation recovery. Passing reliability tests including thermal cycling, humidity exposure, vibration, and mechanical shock, it suits high-speed cooling in compact applications.
